-Geema

Best Grape Salad

“Do yourself a favor and get an eight-ounce tub of whipped cream cheese. It's way easier to mix! I also toned down the brown sugar in the topping, but my grapes were pretty sweet all on their own. Great for a covered dish party!”

-polyesterandtrash

Fannie Farmer's Scalloped Potatoes

“I added a bit of shredded cheese in each layer, because, well, we love cheese. It honestly would have been just as good without the cheese. The recipe is super easy — everything is a pantry staple, and it is a perfect side dish.”

-jen.driess26

-Billy Green

Boston Market's Squash Casserole

“I will never go back to my old squash casserole recipe again! I only have one suggestion: the cheese already produces a little bit of grease, so if you have a sensitive stomach, do not use the entire 3/4 cup (a stick and a half) of butter. Just use about 1/3 cup."

-ShellynnH

Ranch Picnic Pasta Salad

“Not your typical pasta salad! We found this to be lighter and fresher than a mayo-based salad. We used half the dressing, like many commenters suggested.”

"Great green pasta salad!"

-rosslare

The Best Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

"These are great potatoes. However, I would like to share an easy way to do roast garlic. Just slice the top of the whole head off just enough to expose the cloves inside. Drizzle the head with olive oil, then wrap in foil. Cook at 350 for about 40 minutes. When it has cooled enough to handle hold the whole head and squeeze. The cooked cloves will come out just like squeezing tooth paste. Squeeze directly in your potatoes and mash as usual.”

-alvicki

Cheesy Potato Casserole

"Very easy and yummy. A big time hit at my house! Rich, creamy and cheesy!"

Breaded Zucchini Casserole

“This was great. My whole family enjoyed it. As recommended by others, I doctored it a bit with some extra seasonings — smoked paprika, garlic powder, pepper, marjoram.”

-Camdens Mom

Potato Salad

"This is an excellent potato salad recipe. I used celery salt instead of the salt and celery seeds because I did not have the seeds, but it turned out fine. It is a very mild taste. Next time I will add a little more mustard, perhaps something spicy. I will absolutely use this recipe again.”

-MelodyOHare

Cheesy Green Chili Rice

“I loved the cheesy rice with the onion and the kick from the chili peppers (I used a mix of mild red peppers and hot green jalapeños)! The texture was firm yet still creamy. The cottage cheese blended in very nicely and together with the sour cream helped to balance the flavours.”

-Lalaloula

-Mountainbaby

Berry Delicious Pretzel Jell-O Salad

-TamaraJo77

Triple Fruited Jell-O Salad

"We made this last night. It takes a lot of prep, but was worth it for the ‘wow’ factor. The one thing is that when you mix the lime gelatin and the key lime juice, it's a very strong flavor. And the milk should be added when that combination has cooled. I followed the directions and my milk curdled. It's an impressive presentation, and with adding more water and less key lime juice, I feel it would be perfect.”
