“This frosting has a great consistency. It’s very light and fluffy, and not too sweet. I’ve never made a whipped cream frosting, so I was concerned that it might separate on top of the cake after a day or two. I kept it in the fridge though and didn’t have a problem! I’ll happily make this again.”
