Tasty shredded pork that tastes just like it's been cooked over a fire. This is a much EASIER way and every bit as good!!! I've made this many times and it's quite a crowd pleaser!!!

DH rated this a 5, but I was a little hesitant to do that because of the texture of the meat. I used a pork tenderloin and maybe that was the mistake. It is very, very tasty and I'm willing to bet it would be good with chicken, too. I also added a handful of minced onion, and removed the lid for the last hour to thicken the sauce. I served this with just a tossed salad and it was plenty! Will definitely make again, and maybe try it with chicken or beef. We are in the middle of painting, so it was an ideal choice - put it on in the morning, and supper is ready when you are! Thank you for posting. PugMomma.
