Crock Pot Pork Sandwiches

Crock Pot Pork Sandwiches created by anniesnomsblog

This is a little different than the usual barbecue sauce. It has a nice Cajun flavor. The tomatoes make an excellent sauce for the tender shredded pork. This recipe is from Easy Meals by Betty Crocker.

Amazing! Well worth the long cooking time; the house smelled so good and I could not wait to dig into this! Made such a lovely change from BBQ pork; really loved the cajun spices in this recipe too!
