Pork Rub (Or Chicken or Beef)

"This is based on the recipe Recipe #89202. I wanted more flavors so this is what I came up with. It is fantastic! I used this on butterfly pork chops cooked on the BBQ. It was the best pork chop I had ever had because of this rub. I think this would be great on chicken or beef also. The amount of ingredients are based on 2 pork chops."

  • Coat both sides of pork chops with olive oil.
  • Mix together all spices in a small bowl and then rub into both sides of pork chop.
