  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix well with a sturdy wire whisk.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
  • Store in a cool dark place.
  • Smoke powder wasn't recognized by the system, but we also added 1/2 teaspoon of smoke powder. You can omit this without any degradation of the overall flavor, it just adds a nice smokey note to the overall rub.
