Delicious! Just use a sugar substitute for a low carb dessert.
- 113.39 g cream cheese
- 158.51 ml sugar
- 236.59 ml frozen berries (measure frozen then thaw)
- 236.59 ml cream
- Puree berries.
- With a mixer blend cream cheese, sugar and berry puree.
- In a separate bowl whip the cream.
- Fold into berry mixture.
This was such a delicious dessert and so incredibly easy to put together. I used raspberries and everyone loved it. Thanks for sharing the recipe. I will make this often.
