  1. LOVE the cinnomon with the chocolate! This is a keeper of a recipe

  2. This was delicious! I used Green and Blacks Maya Gold chocolate - bitter chocolate with a hint of orange and spices. Along with the cinnamon it made a delicious drink. I didn't add any extra sugar, and just whisked it to a light froth with a balloon whisk.

  3. I made half this recipe for ZWT II. Don't have a molinillo either, so I tried whisking & didn't get the froth I hoped for. I sure got froth when I used my hand-held blender for a short time tho & I enjoyed the result. Thx for posting.

  4. Yummy! I've been meaning to get a molinillo for sometime now. This is just as good with a whisk though to make it frothy! I used mexican chocolate tablets and some vanilla, but other than that, did everything the same as recipe!

  5. Very dark & rich with a hunt of cinnamon!

I live in a little house with my husband and my three "puppies" (all dogs are puppies to me, no matter how old they are). We have no children as of yet. I love to cook, but not to clean, and I won't cook unless my kitchen is clean, so I don't cook as much as I should. Some of my other hobbies are: role playing games, reading, SCA, garage saleing, and sewing. I am a pack rat, but I am trying to cut back on that, and I have far too many kitchen gadgets and cookbooks.(If there is such a thing.)
