  1. This is very easy to make & is SO refreshingly YUMMY!! It has been a favorite of myself & family & friends for quite a few years. To make a smashing presentation, I garnish with a swirled lime slice in the center atop a daub of whipped cream & a hint of pretzel crumbs & lime zest sprinkled over the top.

  2. This is wonderful! Whizzed up the crust in my food processer. From there, it just got easier! Did use the zest from one of the limes in the filling. A great summertime treat...or in the winter for a taste of summer....or in the spring, anticipating summer... or in....well, you get the idea! Thnx for posting, Marg. 4. It was nice to fine Margarita Pie that did not have any alcohol since it was being served at a Church function. The pie was a big hit. Easy to make. I did make some changes to save time. I used a 9-inch graham cracker crust, a 1/4 cup lime juice and added green food coloring.

  5. I really enjoyed this pie. It was so quick and easy to make.I too garnished it with a few crumbs and lime zest. I used low fat condensed milk and light Cool Whip and it turned out beautifully. I will be making this again in the near future. Thanks Cayman for a great recipe.
