ingredients
- 1 (13 ounce) can peaches in light syrup, sliced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup flour, divided
- 3 tablespoons flour, divided
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup butter, cold

- Cool Whip or butter pecan ice cream
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 9 x 13 glass pan.Drain(or leave a bit of syrup) and Mix peaches, cinnamon,nutmeg,sugar and 3 tablespoons flour. Add to pan.
- Mix rest of flour, oats and brown sugar. Cut in butter. Sprinkle butter mixture over peaches. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
- Best served warm with whipped or ice cream.

This was a good dessert, but I am giving the recipe 3 stars because the directions were unclear. They did not say if the peaches were supposed to be drained or not, so I included the lite syrup in and it seemed to work ok. Also, nutmeg is listed in the ingredients but the directions never say to add it.
