This is an easy and delicious way to make this famous dish.


  1. Coat chicken in flour.
  2. Heat butter in large frying pan.
  3. Brown chicken, then take out and keep warm.
  4. Add garlic and mushrooms.
  5. Saute until brown.
  6. Add Marsala wine to deglaze.
  7. Add water and bouillon cubes.
  8. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
  9. Add chicken and continue to simmer until chicken is fully cooked.
  10. (If desired, mix in some cornstarch to thicken).
  11. Serve with white or brown rice.

Very easy dish to make in no time at all. For me I chose to add some herbs to our but other than that a great easy recipe to try. I chose to use onions instead of mushrooms to our dish.
