Cheesy Pork Burgers

This is a recipe i made up randomly. I had some ground pork lying around and decided to experiment. what you should get is a delecious cheesy burger that packs some good flavors. I served it with some sauted mushrooms.Tell me what you think!

• Total Time: 20 mins
• Prep Time: 5 mins
• Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients:

Servings: 4

• 1 lb ground pork
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
• 1 cup Velveeta cheese, diced (small pieces)
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 1 dash salt and pepper
• 1/2 cup mushroom (optional)

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except for the mushrooms).
2. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
3. Shape the mixture into patties (I made 4).
4. Your choice on how to cook them you could use a grill or a pan (I used a pan with some olive oil).
5. Cook for about 5- 10 minutes each or until cooked through.
6. In a seperate pan drizzle a bit of olive oil in a pan and saute the mushrooms.
7. Serve on a bun or some toast.
8. Enjoy!

Taste great!! Followed your recipe exactly,the flavour was so good and juicy. Will put these on top of my list to make. Can't wait for bbq time to try,I fried this time. Thanks.PS I didn't use that much salt & pepper just a few shakes.
