Very good chicken! We used chicken breasts and bbq'ed on the gas grill. To go along with the lemon flavors already in the marinade I added lemon pepper instead of black and a couple shakes of celery seed, my all time favorite. Easy to put together and the chicken is great. Made and reviewed for the Culinary Quest 2016 - Greece.

Very yummy chicken! I love to grill, and this is a great recipe....I couldn't find chicken leg quarters in anything less than a 10 lb bag, so I bought thighs and drumsticks. Cut the cooking time down a bit, but left the marinating time alone. I ended up with about 5 hours marinating time. The chicken turned out wonderfully moist and smokey from the grill.
