A friend makes this all the time & it is so delicious. (He uses ground chuck or sirloin)It's one of the only meat dishes my 5-yr old twins will eat. I've always found it to be moist, but my friend sometimes adds extra cr. cheese & I often use a little less burger (I do use lean burger). I also don't use the onion flakes in the pastry as I usually don't have any. It's still good without. In fact, I left the recipe at my mom's & bought all the ingredients to make this yest. Then I realized the recipe wasn't here so had to change my plans. Now, I can make it w/o worrying about where the recipe is. :)Thanks so much for posting.
