From Sunset's Low Cholesterol Cookbook. Spices, tart green apples and ground turkey breast makes for a lean, moist meatloaf that's delicious hot or cold.

With the exception of using Macintosh apples instead of Granny Smith, I followed the recipe as written. It turned out to be a really tasty loaf. I served it the first night with rings of steamed acorn squash and quinoa cooked in chicken broth. Next day, it sliced up into tasty sandwiches on pumpernickel bread with lettuce, dijon mustard and a cranberry-mayo sauce. Will definitely make this again.
