This was great on top of our baked potatoes. No leftovers between the three of us. Like others, I cut it down to 1/3. I will probably add a bit more horseradish next time.

Outstanding! I went with plenty of extra onion and garlic and also added some shredded Parmesan. So delicious, that I have since used this recipe (minus the spinach) as filling for twice baked potatoes and as a chip dip. Thanks for posting.

Excellent. I used light sour cream and more garlic.

This was tasty and simple! I used fresh spinach, and also substituted plain yogurt in place of the sour cream--pretty similar in flavor, but a mite healthier.

I cut this recipe down to 1/3rd the original size. I used fresh spinach and went light on the horseradish but heavy on the garlic. The recipe tasted very good.
