Duggar's Tater Tot Casserole

• Yields: 2 9x13" pans

ingredients

• 2 lbs ground turkey, cooked seasoned, drained
• 3 (2 lb) bags tater tots
• 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
• 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
• 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup

directions

1. Brown meat & place in large cass. dish.
2. Cover with tater tots. Mix soup & milk together.
3. Pour over top. Bake at 350 for 1 Hour.

I have made this recipe (halved) at least twice for our family and we all love the meal and the Duggars! My adult daughter has just requested it for our dinner tomorrow night. The casserole is just as good, if not better, reheated the second day.

evaporated milk is too sweet for my taste, I used full milk instead. Husband loved it, he doesn't get junk food very often, lol. Will definitely make it again

I divided the recipe in half for my family of four. I added mixed frozen vegetables to make it a complete meal. Turned out perfect and it's a great way to get the kids to eat their veggies!!
