- 1⁄4 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
- 16 ounces frozen tater tots
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a 9x12 glass baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 45 minutes.
- Serve hot.

I placed about 2 cups of crispy brown baked taters (cooled) on the bottom of dish for texture. Then, I topped with the mixture listed in the recipe (but, I added a little frozen broccoli, corn, peas, seasoned, to this mixture. The chicken I added was grilled and seasoned). I baked for 45 minute. Then added more tater tots to the top with freshly diced tomatoes (adds acidity) and sprinkled with more shredded cheese. I baked an additional 15 minutes. Yummy.
