  1. Excellent, easy and very good, I would make this more often for sure, the family loved it, even the little ones.

  2. This recipe was just right for my family's tastes. The meat was so tender that you could cut it with a fork. Also had tasty seasonings and a wonderful gravy. I served the steak and vegetables with mashed potaotes and spooned the gravy on the potatoes. Thanks for a delicious and easy meal.

  3. The wonderful smell that greeted us when we came home tonight was incredible, and the night only got better when we tasted this dish. The meat is very fork tender, the carrots are still a bit firm, and the potatoes have taken on the flavor of the meat and the gravy making them unbelievably good. These are the meals that I love to make: fast, inexpensive, meat/veggie/side dish all in one pan, and ready when you come home. Thank you so much MizzNezz!

  4. This was too bland and ordinary for our taste.

  5. very good. I too left out the carrots and potatoes because we also put it on mashpotatoes. I had a can of italian tomatoes so I left out the italian seasoning. it was very good. that you for posting.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
