Followed the directions with one minor change - also seasoned with garlic powder. Came out perfectly! Did cut down the time to only 6 hours because the pork was falling apart. Served over rice and also on buns and Hawaiian Rolls. YUM!!! Husband and kids loved it. Tender, juicy, lots of flavor. Will make again!

My wife is down due to a knee injury, so I have been preparing our meals for the last week. Today I needed a easy meal to prepare so I could take care of household chores. I followed the directions, except we only had 1 1/2 onions and I had to run the crock pot on high for three hours then low for three since I started it a little late. It was still fall off the bone tender! I served it over fresh mashed potatoes with boiled sweet corn on the cob. Thank you so much for this fantastic meal, it was a winner!
