Stir-Fried Garlic Frog's Legs

- 200 g frog's legs, cleaned
- 30 g garlic, crushed
- 15 g fresh basil
- 3 slices ginger
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornflour, dissolved in water
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
directions
- Marinate frog legs with dark soy sauce.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add garlic and ginger.
- Stir-fry till fragrant.
- Add frog legs.
- Stir-fry til golden brown.
- Add in basil, chicken stock, oyster sauce, rice wine, light soy sauce and sugar.
- Stir well.
- When it starts to boil, add in the cornstarch solution to thicken the gravy.
- Remove and serve.
