  1. Wow these tasty potatoes were excellent. What great flavor and textures. The potatoes were tender and delicious. Thank you for sharing this lovely recipe that added a wonderful element to our steak dinner. Made for Whats on the Menu Tag Game.

  2. I loved these potatoes and so did two of my children. However with the majority not liking them I don't think I will make again or often. I have used a different recipe before to make dijon roasted potatoes and they were not nearly as yummy as these! These are very flavorful! I made these with honey mustard chicken sandwiches so maybe it was just too much dijon mustard for the troops.

  3. These were wonderfule! When I first made them I was a little concerned about the color of the sauce...I used Brownwood Farms Kreme Mustard and they were the best potatoes we have had in a long long time...a must try!

  4. These are amazing potatoes!! Forgot to rate them the first time, so I'm making them again for dinner tonight and rating them now. I made a roast in the crockpot, and I'm looking forward to the potatoes more than the roast!! Thanks so much for sharing, these are sure to become a favorite!

  5. Very good potatoes. I didn't have any Dijon mustard, and had already started these, so I used some Creole mustard I had in the pantry. I'll make these again using the Dijon, just to see which one we like best! And we also like them a little crispier. A good solid side that will go in my sides cookbook. Thnx for posting, Parsley. Made for ZWT5 for RRR.
