  • Place the potatoes in a greased pan and toss with the mixture.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

  4. I followed the recipe exactly, and I have to agree with a previous reviewer who said that these needed a bit more time in the oven. The flavor, though, is nice -- something a little different. I had some leftovers, and I have a feeling they're going to make great homefries.
     
  5. Easy. Yummy. Hint: Go ahead and cover with foil for all or at least half of the baking time. The potatoes tend to dry out easily if you don't. Or perhaps lower the temp and bake a little longer. GREAT TASTING potatoes! Thank you!
