One Pot Spaghetti

This will fit nicely on either Flex or Core plan of Weight Watchers. I do not know the points for flex but it should be approximately 2 oz. hamburger and 2 oz. spaghetti per serving.

This dish is great! I've made this a couple of times. It is so simple! I add an additional can of tomato paste just to make it thicker.

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in olive oil.
  2. Add onion, black olives, mushrooms and celery.
  3. Cook until vegtables are tender.
  4. Add tomato paste, chicken broth, water and spices to hamburger.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Cook 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to let flavors blend.
  7. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  8. Serve spaghetti sauce over noodles.
