Best meatloaf ! serve with mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy !
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 3⁄4 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground sage
- Combine all ingrideints and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

This was a very good meatload, flavorful and filling. My entire family enjoyed it. I couldn't quite get the gravy to work out, but it didn't matter as far as my family was concerned. They enjoyed it just as it was. Thanks for sharing your recipe, oharaj5. Made for 2009 Spring Pick-A-Chef.
