    Directions:

      Cook potatoes in oil until golden.

      Spray a pan with olive oil and cook onions until tender and golden.

      Remove onions from pan and set aside.

      Boil or steam the hotdogs until cooked.

      Split buns and spread with butter, sauce, and relish.

      Place 1 hotdog on each bun.

      Divide red and green capsicums, mozzarella and parmesan cheese between the 6 hotdogs.

      This was yum- a bit like a philly cheese steak ,but with a hotdog instead of beef! I sauteed the capsicums with the onion (we like it like that) and skipped the tomato relish,just because I didn't have it. We thought that this was very tasty,and I know that we will be eating this one again,as it was quick and easy too!
