- 59.16 ml tahini (or combination of the two) or 59.16 ml crunchy peanut butter (or combination of the two)
- 29.58 ml soy sauce
- 59.16 ml vinegar
- 14.79 ml hot red hot pepper oil
- 4.92 ml cayenne pepper
- 4.92 ml sugar
- 14.79 ml toasted sesame oil
- 29.58 29.58 ml sunflower oil or 29.58 ml vegetable oil
- 14.79 ml ginger, minced
- 14.79 ml garlic, minced
- 14.79 ml scallion, minced
- 14.79 ml white wine
- 4.92 ml hot mustard (optional)
- 2.46 ml salt
- 354.88 ml broth (chicken or vegetable)
