Honey Mustard Grilled Pork Roast

"A wonderful recipe for grilling a pork roast during the hot days of summer. I've made this several times and it is delicious and easy. A large pork roast will last us thru the 2nd day as well making wonderful sandwiches."

  1. I usually follow a recipe the first time, but hubby does not like Dijon mustard, subbed honey mustard and I did not add the water. I did not have high expectations because it seemed too simple, but this was really good. Moist, flavorful, really tasty in sandwiches the next day too!

  2. Outstanding! Marinated overnight and cooked for about 1 hr 15 minutes to perfection. It was so good there was none left over and I had to give up my dreams of enjoying the leftovers the next day. Will use it again and again!

  3. I will rate how good the marinade smelled when I poured it over the roast. I destroyed my roast by thinking I could substitute indoor broiling for outdoor grilling. THAT DOESN'T WORK! This is no fault of the recipe author, just my lack of common sense.=) I really really want to try this again, except grilling... The broiling made a mess of my oven, smoked my house up, and took WAY WAY longer. This is a good lesson in following directions... ALL that said, it tasted good, but I KNOW it would've been better the other way.=)
