DIRECTIONS

  • Cover roast with brown mustard.
  • Sprinkle with onion seasoning, garlic seasoning, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and sage.
  • Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 90 minutes.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake 30 minutes.
