  1. Love these burgers!!! I made these but scaled the amounts way back for just the two of us. I made them up and then froze them. I let them thaw out overnight and then grilled them. They were quite wet and did stick a bit to the grill, but they sure moist and so flavorful!!! Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for Spring PAC 2014.
     
  2. I have been making these great tasting hamburgers ever since I found this recipe here back in 2006. They are a favorite of mine and DH, including the kids. I also use less salt as another reviewer posted. I also make less at a time, just change the serving here on recipezaar and it will change the amounts for you.
     
  3. These were very good, tasted like flat little meatloaves, but without all the ketchup glaze. DH has been making burgers similar to this for years, so he was shocked when he tasted these. They froze up good and I packaged them between pieces of wax paper. I used a bit less salt. Made and reviewed for PAC Fall 2008.
