This is a recipe given to me by my mother - it is very moist and tasty with a sauce made with catsup & brown sugar.

This was a nice meatloaf. I added alittle red bell pepper to the meat mixture. This was different from most meatloaf's since the ingredients called for lemon juice and mustard. I thought the sauce was delicious and I feel it would of been better mixed in with the beef mixture. Thanks for sharing!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix loaf ingredients together and form 2 loafs.
  2. Place each loaf in a loaf pan.
  3. Mix sauce ingredients together in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Divide sauce and pour over meatloaf.
  5. Cook at 350% for 1 hour.
