  • 13 ounces French fries, frozen (recommended Ore Ida fast food)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin
  • 1 12 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon all purpose Greek seasoning
  • tzatziki, store bought


  1. Light broiler.
  2. On a baking sheet, toss together, olive oil, garlic, and seasoning. Arrange fries in a single layer.
  3. Broil 6 inches from heat source for 5 to 6 minutes.
  4. Serve wih fries with tzatziki for dipping.
  5. NOTE: This should be 2 tablespoon olive oil. For some reason,Zaar would not take.

I made following the recipe. I like mine really crispy so I cooked them a little longer than called for. I dipped mine in mayonnaise, which is my favorite for french fries. Served it with a nice juicy hamburger. MMMmm!!!!!!!!

These are great. I used frozen chips and tossed with garlic and a special greek seasoning I have. I omitted the olive oil as the chips already had oil on them.

The tzatziki really makes this. I used Alexia fries and baked them (those are my favorite, and are more of a natural product). Like another reviewer I skipped the oil, also probably used less of the seasoning (I just sprinkled it on).
