ingredients
- 453.59 g hamburger
- 118.29 ml onion, chopped
- 2.46 ml black pepper
- 1.23 ml garlic powder
- 709.77 ml zucchini, chopped
- 118.29 ml peas, frozen
- 283.49 g can diced tomatoes
- 2 carrots, diced
- 295.73 ml beef broth
- 283.49 g can creamed corn
- 14.79 ml chili sauce
- 709.77 ml brown rice, cooked
- 396.89 g can kidney beans, drained
directions
- In a saucepan par boil the carrots. Drain.
- In a skillet brown hamburger, onion, black peper, and garlic powder, til done.
- In a small roasting pan, cassarole dish or lg crock pot put all ingredients mix well. Bake for 1 1/2hr in 350deg oven.
- For a different flavor sub 1 1/2 cups salsa for the tomatoes and top with cheddar cheese.
- Mix and match veggies for what you like.
