  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside.
  • In a small bowl, mash yolks with a fork.
  • Add the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard and salt; mix well.
  • Stuff or pipe into egg whites.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Refrigerate until serving.
