ingredients

• 226.79 g cream cheese (can also use low-fat or tofu cream-cheese for a )
• 170.09 g canned fancy lump crab (drain and reserve liquid)
• 59.14 ml onion, chopped
• 9.85 ml lemon juice
• 2.46 ml Worcestershire sauce
• 1.23 ml paprika
• hot pepper sauce

directions

1. Microwave cream cheese 2 min until soft. Stir in crab, onions, lemon juice, 2 Tbsp of crab liquid, and hot pepper sauce to taste.
2. Microwave until piping hot. Serve warm with crackers.
3. Enjoy!
