Updated my original recipe...these are great, just like the ones at the restaurants!

  1. Combine cream cheese, onions, crab, and sugar. Mix well.
  2. With a wonton in the palm of your hand, add about 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture to the center of the wonton wrapper.
  3. Add beaten egg to the edges of the wonton wrapper. Combine 2 opposite corners together, then the other 2 opposite corner together. Pinch the top (4 corners) together and seal the edges.
  4. Fry in 350-degree deep fryer for about 2 min 30 sec, until golden brown.
