1. The burgundy wine gives this hamburger a superb flavor. The only thing I did different was thatI fried these in a skillet. I know I will never go back to making a plain boring hamburger again.

 2. I made these for myself and my parents. The recipe was followed exactly as written and we just did not like the taste at all. The burgers tasted sour and that was the only flavor we got out of them. In fact, without knowing how they were prepared, my father thought the meat was bad and that's where the sourness was coming from. Just not our thing.

 3. Very yummy burgers. We loved the taste. I topped mine with a mixture of relish, mustard, mayonnaise. And a slice of cheese. Thanks Mysterygirl :) Made for I Recommend tag game

 4. These were good. Next time I will use my grill grate with the small holes, because they tried to fall apart when I turned them (mainly because they were sticking). We like our burgers a little bigger so I would make 4 burgers out of this.

 5. I used green onions instead of regular onion. These were good. Not outstanding by any means but I will probably make them again.

Back then the original owners Troy and Gay ran the site and they had a lot of interaction with the members. I miss them.

Through the years it still remains to this day my favorite go to site and the one that I send all of my friends and family to when they need anything.
8724616"
