Cottage Cheese Burgers
- Ready In:
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) onion soup mix
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Form into patties and fry for 3min on both sides.
This were okay. There hard to fry them becasue they burn easily. Also i found that when you form them into balls they stick to your hands but i found a solution. Just wet your hands and dry them slightly then form into patties. The onion soup mix with the cottage cheese was a good combination of flavors.
