Best and excellent Marinade. If not THE best, one of the best steak marinades my wife and I agreed on. Also great with salmon, chicken, pork, etc. Easy to make. I tried out the bourbon marinade salmon at a grocer and decided I wanted to make it at home. The first two recipes were not that great. Then luckily I found this one. Thanks for providing!

Soooo Good! I made this specifically for grilled bone-in pork chops. I marinaded them for about 5 hours and then made an apple glaze to go on them. Wow! This marinade worked so good with the glaze, but would have been great standing alone as well. I used about half the mustard and it still had quite a punch! This is a keeper for the recipe book.

This marinade was great! I also cut slits in the meat and added cloves of garlic. I marinated for 24 hours. I used onion powder instead of onions since I didn't have any. I ran out of them because I sauted a bunch of them with chili powder, cayenne pepper, chili flakes and s & p. I served the steaks on top of the spicy onions and the taste was DELICIOUS! Sweet steak... spicy onions... my boyfriend was impressed! My first perfectly-cooked steak!
