This was very easy to make and yummy. I used an egg replacer and kept the other ingredients as written. Sampled it in a smoked chicken sandwich for lunch today and placed the rest in a sterile jar. UPDATE: I gave a jar to my father-in-law as he loves mustard. They had some international guests staying with them, who sampled the mustard, everyone who ate it said it's the best mustard they ate, I forwarded the recipe to them. Thank you for your post bshemyshua

Boy is this ever good, my husband likes relish or chow chow type spreads on his sandwiches, so when I saw this recipe I though it would be a delicious change for him, I couldnt have been more right, its simple to make with few ingredients and tastes wonderful. While I was making it my Mum rang (from Canada) and I told her she'd have to chat with me in the kitchen while Im whisking my mustard! Thanks for sharing a great recipe.
