I love love this mustard but I have a question. Can it be shipped to friends? I would love to mail some as gifts but was not sure it would keep

Update: After making this for the last three years and struggling with the eggs cooking, I finally got it right. Who knew I just needed to follow the recipe to a T. I mixed everything in the pot including the eggs and then turned it on to cook. Not a piece of cooked egg in sight. Still one of the most requested items in my Holiday Gift bag.

DAMN...this is a GREAT recipe...Unfortunately, I didn't keep track of how many Tbsp is !-1/2 oz dry mustard. Please help! Update: By trial and error I figured out that it is 3/8 cup. I make a double batch each time so I get 8 4 oz jars. I can't believe how many people expect this as a present. This is the second year that I have made this. The only problem I encountered this year is that I ended up with small pieces of cooked egg. In the second batch I made, I beat the eggs extra just to make sure that there were no "chunks" but I got the same result. I am going to try tomorrow with a fresh batch of eggs to see if that makes a difference. One of the best recipes ever.

This is very tasty, and very sweet. I think I will make little jars for folks for the holidays next year!

It's like being kicked in the mouth with taste!!! I made this to go along with some soft pretzels for a friends Octoberfest dinner. They had stocked up of a few gourmet mustards for the occasion, but everyone was using the mustard on everything!!! It definitely has some serious kick to it, I read other reviews that it mellowed out over time but I doubt it will sit around long enough for that to happen ever. I must admit I was really skeptical about the eggs in this, but WOW, will totally be making again!

This was great with our ham dinner at Christmas. It was enjoyed by all who had it! I am not exactly sure how long to cook this but I think I overcooked it. Way too thick and sticky but it didn't effect the flavor at all. Will definitely be making this again! Thanks Chef!
