"this recipe comes from an award winning pizza resteraunt in canada. i usually add a couple extra tomatos. dont let the amount of spice fool you."

ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
• 4 -6 canned plum tomatoes
• 1⁄2 cup dry oregano
• 1⁄4 cup dry basil
• 1⁄8 cup garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt

directions

1. add everything to blender and mix.

There is too much seasoning in the sauce. It overpowers the flavor or the tomato. I had to add an 8oz can of tomato sauce to try and reduce the thickness and strong seasoning.
