  1. It's been a while since I wanted to try that. I was afraid it would be too sweet, but not at all. We loved these burgers. And I think it was our first time trying a pork burger. I used lean ground pork and omitted the garlic. For the glaze, I omitted the honey and orange zest. Thanks WiGal :) Made for Bevy tag

  2. Wow! These are mighty good burgers! We followed the directions to a "t" and were very impressed with the the flavorful, juicy results we experienced. I typically really enjoy bread, but liked the burger itself enough to toss the bun aside and concentrate on it. LOL Thanks for sharing this. ZWT 4

  4. Wanted something different from a regular burger, these fit the bill and were very flavorful, will make again

  5. Good tasting burger. I had a problem with it getting crispy all around so my burger fell apart a little. I did make double the glaze and used it on the burger afterward along with mayo and cheese. I thought it would taste too much like garlic and shallots, but the flavor was just right! I served this with some fried lotus root for something a little different.
