1. Charming stuffed peppers that we will be enjoying again as they are tasty, easy and do not heat the house up! Ok bell peppers are in season right now but with this recipe only calling for half pound of beef and one can of corn, looked for the smallest ones I could get which were obviously still too large as I only had enough filling for three. So doubled up the filling and then could only get five of the in the crockpot {shock}. Any way we loved the flavor, easy of prep and that dinner did not heat the house up. This is going to be a staple in our home, thanks for the post.

P.S. forgot to add that we thought the Worcestershire, mustard and tomato soup sauce was one of the best we have ever had on stuffed peppers. Thanks again.

 2. We love stuffed peppers and this dish was really great. Loved the sauce and the addition of the corn. The only change I made was to add garlic powder and a little of the tomato soup with the meat/corn mixture. Served with buttered new potatoes and a side salad. This made a great dinner tonight. Made for PRMR, November, 2013.
