  • Halve eggs lengthwise, remove yolks and mash with the cheese, cream, salt and pepper.
  • Pile mixture back into egg halves.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Serve on a tossed salad of cold cooked green beans, tomatoes, raw sliced mushrooms, lettuce and salad dressing of your choice (if using).

  1. Though I think the stuffed eggs would be great as appetizers, I still made this as written. It ended up to be a very nice side to dinner tonight. Great salad, but I really enjoyed the eggs.. 4 for the salad and 5 for the stuffed eggs. Kids enjoyed too. Made for New Zaar.. Used thousand Island dressing .
