- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 10 ounces chopped spinach (frozen or cooked fresh)
- 2⁄3 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 4 bagels, split
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
directions
- Combine parmesan, spinach, sour cream, garlic, cream cheese, artichokes and mayo until well combined.
- Slather onto split bagels.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in 350 degree F oven for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melty, browned and bubbling.
