MORE
We enjoy these for a quick lunch for the kids and they just love them. You can experiment with a variety of toppings or set everything out and let the kids dive in and top their own. They will have a great time. We usually just make them as instructed below and they are delicious. My husband also makes this on leftover hamburger or kaiser buns instead of the bagel.

Pizza bagels are AWESOME! My tweaks are....par toast bagels. I spread a light layer of butter and sprinkle a bit of garlic powder and parm cheese. Add sauce, then cheese, then pepperoni, crumbled italian sausage, whatever toppings!! I find it better if you cut pepperoni slices into quarters and space them about. All ingrediants you add should be cut down to small size. I also set my countertop oven to broil at the end, watch closely! The cheese will bubble and brown and pepperoni will curl up,slightly crispy! Yummy!! Hope this helps.1Reply
