This was fabulous! Major oooohs and aaaahs from the dinner table :) I used a 2 1/2 lb. top round London Broil, but left the rest of the ingredients at the amount called for. Served with beef flavored rice and that was it...a meal in nothing flat! Thanks, Inez...for another winning recipe to use my London Broils in!

My BF was so excited when I told him I wanted to try this recipe. It was one of the favorite dishes his grandmother used to make for him and he hadn't had it in years. He loved it...even said it tasted just like he remembered. Our kids ate it right up too. And it was SOOOOO easy. Thank you for giving me a recipe we will use VERY often.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!!
I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch.
We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
