Deeelicious!! We loved the flavor of the spinach with the swiss cheese. I made this recipe as posted except for one thing. I didn't put it in the oven. I just simmered it a few minutes to heat the noodles. Then I sprinkled the cheese on top and covered it until the cheese melted. This is very good! I will keep this handy Nurse Di!! Thanks!

Very delicious. My family and I all agreed. The spinach cream sauce was rich and so yummy. I also skipped to oven step and added the noodles to the skillet, then stirred until they were heated. We were so hungry, we just couldn't wait. It didn't seem to matter because the taste was outstanding. The Swiss cheese was a good choice. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
