I scaled this back for 4 pork loin chops with bone in and marinated for 2 hours and the DH bbq'd them though as per usual a little too long for my liking and consequently they were a little on the dry side but still had nice flavour and served with an unsweetened apple sauce, thank you nochlo for posting the recipe and to loof for recommending it in The Best of 2013 Reviews tag game.

Nice pork chops. I made them as directed except let them marinate overnight since dinner plans changed at the last minute. I also grilled them on the stove top grill because it was a downpour outside. We all liked the nice lemon flavor and how tender they turned out. Thanks for sharing the recipe. My lot are not great pork chop lovers...and I am always trying to find ways of getting them to eat them, as I love them!
So I'm pleased to report that this worked out really nicely for me....the chops were deliciously moist and tender, and apart from the 8 year old moaning about the lemon ( but he did consume the whole chop!!) , all comments were very complimentary.
We did use a little barbecue sauce, but it's not strictly necessary.
A fantastically quick and easy dish, that I thank you for!
Made for PRMR.
